Spanish judicial sources said on Monday that FC Barcelona
will be asked to Neymar contracts before they decide whether to accept the
decision on the complaint filed against club president Sandro Rosell, because
of suspected embezzlement of funds in the incidence of the deal.
The claim has been provided of a member of the club Jordi
Cassese, now called the National Court Judge Pablo Ruz of the queries from
Barcelona for the documents to see if there were any irregularities in the
process that has been with Brazilian club Santos, and approval to proceed with
the case.
The court deputy Jose Perales also asked of the financial
report to the board of directors of Barcelona for the years 2011, 2012 and
2013, and included this requirement in the document presented by Ruz. In that
document, the MP said that the national court is empowered to investigate these
facts because of the crime they are likely to have been committed by a citizen
of Spain abroad.
According to the author submitted, Barcelona signed with
Neymar versus 57.1 million euros 78.6 million dollars, plus 7.9 million euros
for the privilege enjoyed by Barcelona to include three players from Santos,
and nine million other for the establishment of two friendly matches between
the two clubs.
And it confirms that the amount of that contract have not
been disclosed to members of the club, so it does not know the real
determination to forty million euros / 55 million dollars / is supposed to be
paid to the player or his legal representatives, which may mean the involvement
of Russell in the case of embezzlement.
