"Sky Sports" quoted from a source in the
International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) as saying on Monday
that there is nothing preventing the conclusion of the Spanish club Barcelona
with new orders as long as these deals will not record before January 2016.
A source at FIFA for Sky Sports, said that nothing prevents
the negotiation of Barcelona players or clubs or even buy players this summer
as long as it will not be such transactions recorded before January 2016.
In last April Barcelona suffered a penalty of deprivation of
a new contract for 14 months, after violating FIFA regulations relating to
contract with players under 18 years old.
FIFA rejected Barcelona appeal against the sentence in August,
before resuming the Catalan club in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport
(CUP) to allow for the conclusion of a new contract before the end of the
summer transfer window.
But after that Cass also rejected the appeal of Barcelona in
December last year, it was believed widely that the Spanish club will not be
allowed to make any new deals this year.
The newspaper "El Mundo Deportivo" reported
recently that Barcelona are interested in signing Manchester United midfielder Juan
Mata and Porto right back Danilo.
